Social media influencer Clavicular, whose real name is Braden Peters, has pleaded not guilty to charges including rape, according to the BBC and The Hollywood Reporter.

Peters, 20, entered the plea Thursday in Massachusetts, the outlets reported.

He was charged in September with felony rape and drugging a person for sex, the outlets reported. He also faces a lesser charge of giving alcohol to someone under 21, they said.

The charges stem from a 2025 incident in which he is accused of assaulting a 17-year-old girl at his family's Massachusetts home, the BBC reported.

The girl reported that they were drinking while filming a livestream, the BBC reported, citing CBS News. The officer who took the report believed she could not consent due to her age and how drunk she appeared, CBS reported, according to the BBC.

Peters has denied the allegations and said the encounter was consensual, the outlets reported.

Bail was set at $10,000, the BBC reported. He must stay away from his accuser, not post about her and give up his passport, the BBC said.

He faces up to 20 years in prison if convicted of rape, The Hollywood Reporter said.

His next hearing is on November 24, the BBC reported. A judge will then decide if there is enough evidence for the case to go forward, it said.

Peters is known for "looksmaxxing," a trend of young men trying to make themselves look as attractive as possible, the outlets reported. He has more than a million followers on TikTok and Instagram, the BBC said.

He has admitted to hitting his face with a hammer and taking steroids, the BBC reported.

The case appears to match a civil lawsuit filed against Peters in April, The Hollywood Reporter said.

What we know: Peters pleaded not guilty and was released on $10,000 bail.
What we don't: Whether a judge will find enough evidence for the case to move forward.
