Paramount+ has named former Netflix executive Damla Dogan as its head of unscripted shows, TheWrap and Deadline report. She will oversee reality programming, Deadline reports. The outlet calls it the last of a busy run of executive moves at the company.

Dogan has been a consultant for Paramount+ for the past nine months, the outlets report. She will report to Sarah Aubrey, who heads Paramount+, Max Originals and international programming for parent company Skydance.

The move comes days after Casey Bloys named his leadership team, the outlets report. Bloys will oversee content for HBO Max and Paramount+. Skydance has been filling out its TV teams in recent weeks, TheWrap reports.

Dogan worked in unscripted TV at Netflix from 2018 to 2024, TheWrap reports. She was director of unscripted originals there, Deadline reports. She worked on shows such as "The Circle," "Bling Empire," "Indian Matchmaking" and "Owning Manhattan."

Before Netflix, she spent 11 years at E! Entertainment, the outlet reports. There, she developed "Keeping Up With the Kardashians" and oversaw its first 14 seasons. She also spent five years at Viacom as director of development at VH1.

As a consultant, Dogan has already helped buy new shows for Paramount+, Deadline reports. They include "Making Love," a dating show, and "Team Moms," a youth baseball series produced by Kim Kardashian. Before Skydance took over, Paramount+ rarely bought outside unscripted shows, the outlet reports. People who make reality TV have welcomed another buyer.
