A Cook County sheriff's officer is suing WWE and wrestler Montez Ford, alleging Ford gave him an "unwanted sexual lap dance" while he worked security at a live wrestling event in Rosemont, Illinois, the Chicago Sun-Times and FOX 32 Chicago reported.

Noel Lucas was working an off-duty security job at WWE's "Monday Night Raw" at Allstate Arena on July 6 and had been told to sit in a seat outside the ring, according to the lawsuit, the outlets reported. The suit alleges Ford "approached him without warning, straddled him, and began repeatedly thrusting and gyrating his hips toward him in a sexually suggestive manner," the Sun-Times reported. FOX 32 said Ford's legal name is Kenneth Crawford and that the suit also names an event production company.

Lucas' attorneys say he was not told he would be part of the performance and did not consent, FOX 32 reported. "Mr. Lucas was there to do his job, not to be made a part of WWE's entertainment," attorney Whitney Barr said, according to both outlets.

The event aired live on Netflix, FOX 32 reported. The lawsuit alleges that announcers mocked Lucas on air, and that WWE later shared video of the moment on TikTok and Instagram, where it drew more than 300,000 views, the station said. Ford also shared footage, according to the suit.

The lawsuit says Lucas suffered "substantial humiliation, emotional distress, and reputational harm," including ridicule from fellow members of law enforcement, and that his children were made fun of, the Sun-Times reported. FOX 32 said Lucas has about 24 years of law enforcement experience.

The complaint, filed Wednesday in Cook County Circuit Court, includes 14 counts, among them battery, assault and claims under Illinois' Gender Violence Act, FOX 32 reported. Lucas is seeking an unspecified amount in damages and has asked for a jury trial, the Sun-Times said. The first hearing is set for Dec. 10 at the Daley Center, the paper reported.

WWE did not immediately respond to requests for comment, the outlets reported.
