President Trump wrapped up his midterm campaign travel with a rally on Sunday night in Salina, Kansas, NBC News and the Washington Examiner report. NBC News says the event, outside a hangar at Salina's regional airport, was the last rally of his last midterm campaign as president.

The Salina rally was for Sen. Roger Marshall and Ty Masterson, the Republican candidate for governor, the Washington Examiner reports. Trump spent the afternoon in Iowa rallying for Ashley Hinson, the party's Senate nominee, and Zach Lann, who is running for governor. Trump called Kansas "my last stop," the AP reports.

The BBC says Trump held rallies in Florida, Iowa and Kansas over the weekend, as well as tele-rallies for candidates in other states. Trump said Democrats had left the country in a "dark age" and that he had turned it into "the golden age of America," according to the BBC.

Trump plans a closing speech on Monday afternoon at the Lincoln Memorial Reflecting Pool, the White House announced, according to the AP. He said speaking there would "show how beautiful it is." The AP reports the pool's repairs finished nearly three months late and cost more than 10 times Trump's early estimate.

A Harvard forecasting tool gives Democrats a 96% chance of taking the House and a 76% chance of taking the Senate, the BBC reports. An NBC News poll found registered voters prefer a Democratic Congress by 52% to 45%, according to the BBC. House Democratic leader Hakeem Jeffries said he was "very confident." Trump predicted Republicans will keep control of Congress, the Washington Examiner reports.

What we know: Trump's rally tour has ended, and he plans one more speech in Washington on Monday.
What we don't: How voters will decide control of Congress on Tuesday.
