President Donald Trump spent Saturday holding tele-rallies from his Mar-a-Lago estate in Florida, CNN and The Independent reported. He called in to rallies for voters in states including Ohio and Pennsylvania, The Independent reported.

On Sunday, Trump planned to hold rallies in Iowa and Kansas, CNN reported. CNN said these are his last scheduled campaign stops before Tuesday's vote, with more tele-rallies set for Monday. He had canceled the two rallies earlier in the week, then put them back on the schedule, the Washington Examiner reported on Friday. A source said Trump would also hold nearly 20 tele-rallies, the paper reported. "Twenty-eight days in a row of this crap is a lot," Trump said at a Friday rally in Daytona Beach, The Independent reported.

More than 50 million Americans have already voted, CNN and The Independent reported. About 27.9 million ballots have been cast in person and 22.5 million by mail, according to an NBC News tracker cited by The Independent.

Democrats are widely favored to retake the House, where Republicans hold a very thin majority, The Independent reported. Republicans hold the Senate 53-47. Nate Silver's Silver Bulletin gives Democrats more than a 90 percent chance of winning the House and more than a 70 percent chance in the Senate, the paper reported.

On Friday, a federal appeals court rejected the administration's bid to have California set aside about 20,000 ballots from voters it says may be noncitizens, The Independent reported. California has disputed the list.

The Justice Department is sending more than 1,000 election monitors to polling places in all 50 states, CNN reported. The Republican National Committee, Democrats and outside groups are sending observers too. In Alaska, it could take two weeks to name a winner in the Senate race, CNN reported.
