Nickelback announces 70-date world tour for 2027
Nickelback will tour North America, the UK, Europe and Australia in 2027 to support its new album "Everything Under the Sun," out Oct. 30. The 70-date run starts Feb. 6 in Pittsburgh. Presales begin Tuesday, and general sales open Oct. 16.
Nickelback is heading back out on a big world tour.
The Canadian rock band announced the 2027 Everything Under the Sun Tour on Friday. It has 70 dates across North America, the United Kingdom, Europe and Australia, TicketNews reported. English rock band Don Broco will open most shows.
The tour supports the band's 11th studio album, "Everything Under the Sun," out Oct. 30 on Virgin Music Group. It is Nickelback's first album since 2022's "Get Rollin'," whose world tour the band calls its fastest-selling and best-attended ever. The new single "Rattle the Cage," with guitarist John 5, is No. 1 on U.S. Active Rock radio, the tour announcement said.
The tour opens Feb. 6 at PPG Paints Arena in Pittsburgh. It includes Atlanta's State Farm Arena on March 2, Chicago's United Center, Toronto's Scotiabank Arena and Las Vegas's T-Mobile Arena. The band will also play Hondo Rodeo Fest in Tampa on Feb. 27 and a show in Mexico City on May 7.
The UK and Europe leg starts May 22 in Leeds and includes London's O2 on May 25, Official Charts reported. It ends July 13 in Copenhagen. The Australian run goes from Oct. 2 in Perth to Oct. 16 in Pokolbin.
Artist presales start Tuesday, Oct. 13, at 10 a.m. local time. General sales begin Friday, Oct. 16, at 10 a.m. through Live Nation. Verizon, American Express and Spotify Premium users may get extra presale chances.
Don Broco and Nickelback have worked together before. Nickelback appeared on "Nightmare Tripping," the title track of Don Broco's latest album. Nickelback's hits include "How You Remind Me," "Photograph" and "Rockstar." The Netflix documentary "Hate to Love: Nickelback" spent weeks in the streamer's global top 10.
