The company is mainly engaged in the production, research and development and sales of seamless steel pipes for various industrial energy equipment. The products are mainly used in power station boiler equipment manufacturing, petroleum refining and other industries. Shengtak has customers that include Harbin Boiler Company Limited, Dongfang Boiler Co., Ltd.(Dongfang Electric Group) and Shanghai Boiler Co., Ltd., which are famously known as three main boiler manufacturing plants in domestic and other power plants, large petroleum refining companies such as Sinopec and CNOOC, and large power plants overseas such as BHEL, L&T etc.
The seamless steel tubes produced by the company mainly include alloy steel, stainless steel and carbon steel according to their materials. Alloy steel is the company’s current main product and is mainly used in the energy equipment manufacturing industry. Stainless steel is mainly used in energy equipment manufacturing and petroleum refining. Industry, carbon steel is mainly used in the petroleum refining industry. At present, the company has a capacity of 110,000 tons of carbon steel and alloy steel seamless steel tubes and 40,000 tons of stainless steel seamless tubes.
The company currently has a strong competitiveness in the field of alloy steel for small-caliber high-pressure boilers, and already has a certain reputation in the country. According to the statistical data of the Steel Pipe Branch of China Steel Structure Association, our company produces small-diameter seamless steel tubes for power station boilers.
After more than ten years of development and technology accumulation, the company has 3 invention patents and 65 utility model patents. In addition, the company has the "Jiangsu Province High-performance Heat-resistant Alloy Seamless Pipe Engineering Technology Research Center" recognized by Changzhou Science and Technology Bureau. And has undertaken a number of scientific and technological projects in Jiangsu Province.
Shengde Steel Grating Company, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, mainly produces and sells pressure-welded steel gratings and ball joint railings. The main customers are also large power plant boiler companies. The actual production capacity of Shengde steel grating under current conditions is approximately 15,000 tons.
